Concentrating on the key messages – Slave rethinks Sentraali´s new website
Contact center service provider Sentraali chose Slave to rethink and redesign a new website with the primary goal to better support the sales. The main design goals were to generate leads for the sales of contact center services, to present the offering persuasively, clearly and in a professional manner.
We at Slave started the project by going through goals and target groups and broke everything down to basic questions: how does Sentraali help its clients? What does Sentraali do for you?
The new website aims to answer these questions with the key messages:
- Sentraali looks after your image
- takes care of your customers
- finds you more customers
The key messages are conveyed throughout the site. The offering is now structured and presented from user-centered point of view with easy and clear call to actions. The offering includes e.g. social media customer service, moderation services, help desk, web support services, sales and loyalty services as well as info and switchboard solutions, etc.
The new site was developed on the Drupal platform with our partners at XIO.
